To Our Valued Customers,

Ensuring the safety of our employees, customers and vendors is the most important thing Estherlee Fence can do right now. The COVID-19 virus has us thinking about every aspect of our business and how we can best serve you during these challenging times.


Open for Business

First and foremost, you should know that Estherlee Fence Company will continue day-to-day Sales and Administrative operations.  Our showroom is closed to the public until further notice. Our office personnel, residential and commercial sales are available but working on reduced hours.  Our office departments can be reached by phone. If there is no answer at the time of the call, please leave a message with the person or department you wish to contact. Please listen to the call attendant for guidance to personnel or departments you’re requesting.


We have received calls asking if fence installation would be classified as Essential Business. In paragraph 12. Essential Business and Operations, Section K, Critical trades. Building and Construction Tradesmen and Tradeswomen…service providers who provide service that are necessary to maintaining the safety, sanitation, and essential operations of residence, Essential Activities, and Essential Business Operations.  We feel that fence installation to maintain safety for residences or for businesses that are Essential along with any security installation, will be Essential. While we plan to remain open, we will continue to evaluate the situation as it evolves.


Pick up Orders


  • We will be restricting access to our office areas effective now. We are requesting that all customers remain in their vehicles when picking up orders.
  • We ask that all orders be emailed, called or faxed into our office in advanced.
  • Customers should be clear on what order(s) they are picking up in order to be loaded safely and efficiently.
  • An Estherlee associate will bring the necessary paperwork to customer vehicles once loaded.
  • All COD customers must make payment prior to pick up by calling ahead for processing.
